Deepening Support for CASA’s Vital Work
This year, Elliott’s Jewelers increased their support to more than $10,000 annually, in addition to in-kind contributions such as custom jewelry and event gifts. Elliott’s contributions provide support to CASA in several ways, including providing funding for child needs, child celebrations, and advocate appreciation, three areas that make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children CASA serves and the volunteers who stand beside them.
“They serve children that really need help,” said Elliott Herzlich. “CASA stands for Court-Appointed Special Advocates who serve children in foster care and advocate for their best interest until they reach a safe, permanent home.”
Laura Green, Development Director for CASA, said Elliott’s support has grown significantly in this newest phase of the relationship.
“This year, he’s taken his commitment to CASA to a whole new level,” Green said. “Once he saw the impact his support could have on specific programs, he didn’t hesitate—he said he wanted to do even more.”

Hands-On Involvement in CASA’s Impactful Initiatives
That spirit of generosity can be seen across multiple CASA initiatives and events throughout the year. Elliott’s Jewelers has supported CASA’s Parade of Playhouses and is now serving as the event’s special delivery sponsor, helping ease the burden on builders by funding delivery of the playhouses. Elliott is also involved in CASA’s golf tournament and Kids Expo.
One of the most personal expressions of that partnership is Sketches to Sparkles, a jewelry design contest launched in connection with CASA’s All About Kids Expo. The contest invites children ages 5 to 12 to draw a necklace design and share the story behind it. Elliott then transforms the winning design into a custom jewelry piece valued at $3,000. Last year, moved by one child’s story, he chose to create two pieces instead of one.

CASA also shared that Elliott provides gifts for hundreds of attendees at its Christmas in July Bingo event and continues to support the organization in ways that go far beyond a traditional sponsorship. Green described Elliott and his wife, Dr. White, as people with “such a giving heart” not only for CASA, but for the broader community as well.
A Personal Commitment to Community Values
For Elliott’s Jewelers, the partnership reflects a simple belief — meaningful support should be personal, thoughtful, and rooted in real community needs. That same philosophy guides the business every day, from the way Elliott serves clients one-on-one as a private jeweler to the way he chooses to invest in causes that matter close to home. Elliott’s Jewelers brand positioning emphasizes trusted relationships, expertise, and celebrating life’s milestone moments, which makes this community commitment feel like a natural extension of the business rather than a separate initiative.

CASA of Walker, San Jacinto & Trinity serves all three counties and currently has advocates serving all of its active cases. Its work depends on both dedicated volunteers and generous donors, making partnerships like this one especially meaningful.
